Ona Via Digital provides creative, design, and technical services. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
Project Agreements
All projects are governed by written agreements that outline scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. These agreements supersede these general terms.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive agreed-upon rights to deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Ona Via Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and terms are defined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit to begin work and final payment upon project completion.
Limitation of Liability
Ona Via Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
